The Wright Mortgage Company specialise in giving face to face mortgage and insurance advice although this can also be arranged over the telephone if it is more convenient. We pride ourselves on our excellent service so you have to get involved as little as possible throughout the whole process.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. Typically we charge Ј349.00 on application. We will also be paid commission from the lender. For adverse credit, multiple applications and mortgages with more than two applicants we charge Ј495. For commercial mortgages we charge 1%. For example on a mortgage of Ј100,000 our fee will be Ј1,000. All fees are payable on application.
