I am a self-employed musician with two years of books and looking for a mortgage of hopefully around £125,000. Because I only started trading in September 2016 my first year of accounts are low at £10,685 net profit. This year (April 2017-April 2018) is a net profit of £25,139. I have a deposit of £200,000.
