I have a flat in NW10 which I would like to finance. The flat is valued at 400,000 pounds and I have a mortgage currently with Kesington for 130,000. The flat has been tenanted for the last five years but I have just taken it back and wanting to do some renovations. I am an Italian Citizen but currently reside in Australia whilst Covid is around. I am self-employed in Australia but have accounts and earn a decent wage. Will I find a company willing to refinance my loan?
