My name is Ian McFarlane and I am the Principal Consultant with Bespoke Money. I set up Bespoke Money in 2008 with the goal of continually exceeding client expectations in providing friendly and professional independent mortgage advice. I am qualified to provide mortgage advice through obtaining the Financial Planning Certificate and also the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice with the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. We are not tied to any particular lender and work with a comprehensive panel of lenders. This is pretty important at present as over the past few years the mortgage industry has gone through dramatic changes. Lenders are continuously changing their lending criteria and at times funding can be limited.
