We have access to 1000s of mortgage products from a carefully selected panel of lenders - details of our current panel offering are available upon request. If your needs cannot be met within the mortgages available from our panel offering, our Mortgage Consultants will explore products from a range of further lenders available to Countrywide Mortgage Services. Our Mortgage Consultants can advise you further.
For arranging your mortgage we charge £349 for residential and £499 for Buy-to-Let (a Lifetime Buy-to-Let option is also available). Please note that Buy-to-Let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
