I am a local independent adviser of 22 years, based in Standish Wigan. For most of this time I have worked as an in house Estate Agency adviser and as a result have a in depth knowledge of working with Agents/Solicitors etc. In 2012 I started my own fully independent practice that has no ties or allegiances to any agent or bank, my only allegiances are to my clients.
