I had been rejected by a couple other lenders before hand so I was a bit worried I may not be able to get a mortgage full stop. Thankfully, Alan took me through my options and got me a good mortgage with decent rates from Halifax. He took care of lots of other little details as well such as dealing with the solicitors and speaking with the sellers estate agents. His fee is very cheap as well compared to most others. Highly recommended, would use again.
