I am looking to buy the Flat that I currently live in. It is a 2 bedroom Flat (address as above). I am looking for £200,000 mortgage. I am in full-time employment £31k per annum, I further own the Flat downstairs - a 4 bedroom HMO generating £ 1,600 PCM. No mortgage on this property.
